Our rheology lab offers tribology testing services to evaluate the frictional and lubrication behavior of complex fluids, semi-solids, and soft materials under controlled contact and sliding conditions. Tribological measurements provide valuable insights into sensory attributes such as smoothness, slipperiness, and mouthfeel, as well as functional performance in applications like personal care, food, and pharmaceuticals. At this stage, we offer tribology testing exclusively as part of project-based collaborative studies. This approach allows us to work closely with partners to tailor experimental design, correlate tribological data with product performance, and generate meaningful, application-driven outcomes.
