We provide specialized texture analysis for crackers to assess key sensory attributes such as hardness, crispness, and fracture behavior, all of which are critical to consumer satisfaction. 

Hardness is determined by measuring the force required to snap or compress a cracker, ensuring consistency across production batches. 

Brittleness is evaluated by the fracture distance—the shorter the distance before breakage, the more brittle the product. 

Crispness is quantified by the number of break events recorded during compression; a higher number of events typically indicates a crisper texture. 

These insights support both product development and process optimization, helping manufacturers deliver crackers with the desired texture, quality, and consumer appeal.
